This is the framework for the document you will send via email (or Docusign) for their formal signature. It balances professional liability with the unique nature of your Mother-Child teams.
The Team: Client acknowledges that services are performed by a Mother-Child team. The Mother remains the primary supervisor and point of contact at all times.
Routine: Services include feeding, watering, exercise, and basic cleaning (litter/accidents) as specified in the "Pet Profile."
Pet Health: Paws & Prodigy is not liable for injury, illness, or death of a pet unless caused by gross negligence.

Notice Period: Subscriptions can be paused or canceled with 72 hours' notice.
Non-Refundable: Visits canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable to ensure stable earnings for our Junior Nurturers.
The Wealth-Bridge: Client acknowledges that a portion of fees is allocated to the Junior Nurturer’s educational fund.
Mutual Respect: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or unsafe environments for our Mother-Child teams.
